Hope so. Just got 29mm bars, swayaway plates and  jaycee endplates.

Some street driving required :)

I have been thinking about these for a friends 68......

He wants "Coil-Over" shocks so I figured these would work better than torsion bars  :-\

Anyone had any REAL street driving experience with these ???

Are you planning on ditching the torsion bars?

I had them on Bluey – drove 650-mile round trip to EBI. Then drove well over 1000 miles in SoCal. No problems with noise – in fact, probably quieter than squeaky urethane bushes.

The only long-term problem I foresee with regular street use is that the bronze bushings may not cope too well with rain/grit.

If you are worried about rain etc, you could probably glue some sort of rubber cup over the bar..

Trust you've seen these

The issue I can see is clearance for a big tyre.

Thanks, I'll be bolting a set up. I hate urethane, a pain to fit and I've never been impressed with how it lasted
