Title: Fuel return line Post by: stretch on January 09, 2015, 13:45:45 pm Sorry if this considered to be in the wrong section.
Is it possible to use a tee piece on the bottom of the fuel tank to accept a return line from a 3 port regulator, rather than having a separate return fitting welded into the tank. I was thinking of something like this: http://fragolaperformancesystems.com/tee-female-swivel-on-side-982-aluminum-a-n-adapters/ Thanks. :) Title: Re: Fuel return line Post by: kb on January 09, 2015, 15:20:39 pm I'd imagine it works, if it's mounted below the tank..
Normally, I wouldn't recommend a tee like that on the "suction side", since the pump will suck from the "path of least resistance", but I'd think that the gravity would make it so that the fitting is always full of fuel...? Is this for EFI or for Carb? EFI is more sensitive to any drop in fuel pressure...
