I have the volksworld issue were your car is featured in around the late 90-ies...(the 1600cc with the ida's :D) A lot changes are made since then I see: rollcage, nos, rims, etc... go for it! The back bones comes down to the frame horns just in front of the driveshafts right? I wonder if this does stiffen up the frame horns without bars going past the door openings.

You're correct Jhu, The Bars go down to the Frame Horns and are welded on just in front of the Rear Axles... I Know what you mean Neil, This may sound stupid but i don't like the look of the Full Cage... ::), even if it is more protection ;) And i need to open my Glovebox and my Window deflectors...
