I installed the Wasp Stage 2 header on my Beetle this year, and all the tin fit EXCEPT the low part of the sled tins needed some trimming. This is because the J-pipes are closer to the engine than OEM heater boxes (similar to most other aftermarket headers, although the Wasp required LESS trimming than my previous Bugpack and EMPI headers). I only have these iPhone photos, but you'll be able to see that I needed to trim approximately 2 cm from the outside edge of the lower sled tins (or they could have been bent upwards and boxed in with industrial tin).
