Title: Autometer tach two stage shift lite low setting
Post by: Phil West on June 22, 2015, 11:32:39 am
Hi all,

Time for what is likely an obvious point but I've never been particularly tech minded!  I have an Autometer tach which happens to have a two stage shift lite set mode.  I basically just want the one shift light indicator on the strip.  I've set the high set point to my desired RPM.  To save me messing around at the strip what do I set the low set point at to effectively disable it?  Maybe something like 200rpm will mean it won't light the shift lite.  Or shall I just set it at the same level as the high set point?

Cheers
Phil

I just set mine to the same and left it. You will only get low setting when the grey is touched to earth.
