I believe these pictures were taken around 84 or 85. My buddies brother painted it. It had an 82 x 88 IDA engine with N20 and ran 12.0s. The wrecked picture was taken the week after it was painted, it was fixed before being featured in Hot VWs.

Yes, I know. The blue convertible had a 1955cc IDA engine. One of my all-time favorite cars back in the day. Thats Because the Polish job Sucked very few Polishing shops would polish the whole wheel it was to much Work and most guy's did not want to spend the extra bucks to take it to the Good Polishing shops but the santa cruz sticker makes up for everything!
