No rips etc... still pliable NOT brittle you can actually put things in it and fold the flap etc....It's not perfect but it's nice. Very hard to find I know I look everyday for this stuff and this is like the 3rd one that I have found since I started hoarding/collecting thats NOT torn up to shreds.
