4.125 - 3.78/2.06/1.35/0.93 or 3.78/2.06/1.41/1.04
Competent in most things.

Really enjoyed my new Rancho pro street with SB gearing (3.88RP) in my 68 SA turbo.
I just did a few miles with it before storing it for the 'winter' and loved how I could easily downshift into 3rd at 100kph (60mph) and be in the 5000+ rpm range to have some fun in traffic.

That engine/cam will like to be in the higher RPM's... 4.37 r&p, 3.80, 2.06, 1.26, .89.

That's the opposite of what my big turbo likes. Your engine should sing! My wife's 65 has the 1776 with the 4.375RP and it's super fun around town, taking corners in 3rd gear, etc. And with the high compression and flame ports it doesn't mind getting short-shifted either which is the best of both worlds.

Why not use a stock 1300S box? I did with my 150hp 2275 years ago, could not have been more happy with it.  :)

I run a '67 4.12 tranny with a .82 4th in my lightly hot-rodded '67, it's great on the highway but punchier than Tyson around town, at least for a mostly stock 1641 Kadron-carb'ed single port. The slightly taller r/p will give you some room to play with in the lower gears, and with the taller fourth, you'll be able to absolutely haul down the highway without working too hard. Just my two cents.

0,82 makes a big step to 3. gear .... 0,89 with 1,22 third sounds better for me
