Title: Re: Does this car mean anything to anybody? Post by: nicolas on September 21, 2007, 11:34:07 am i don't know why but that quarter flash car is very nice. i wouldn't mind buying it and have my own gasser. it as an appeal that i can't really discribe...
Title: Re: Does this car mean anything to anybody? Post by: Neil Davies on September 21, 2007, 12:37:40 pm NO, unless they changes the front wings I did think about that, but assumed the holes had been filled at some point. Tony Isley's racecar had three holes in the flip front for cooling for a subaru engine originally, but by the time my mate bought it they'd been glassed in and the front repainted. It was the door handle recesses that made me think of quarterflash, that and the pale blue under the yellow. Title: Re: Does this car mean anything to anybody? Title: Re: Does this car mean anything to anybody? Post by: Bill Schwimmer on September 21, 2007, 18:06:05 pm I remember it in Santa Ana, it was on top of the building or on a pole. You could see it from the bike trail on the riverbed. We used to see it everytime we rode to the beach when we were kids. I did see it again in Stanton in the early to mid 90's ,it was behind a fence on Katella. That was the last I had seen it until the photo here.
