Title: 48drlas???? or not Post by: autobarnhauler on September 25, 2007, 15:19:43 pm hi ive had an offer to swap my 44ids 4 a set of new 48drlas, not sure what to do, how will this change the running of my engine? is what im thinking, farster? smother? more gas? no difference?, the 44s run fine on my engine, help! ( im running a 22.76cc, c45 cam, 10:1 compression, cb heads 44mm and 3.5 outlet) 8) 8) 8) thanks for looking

Like John said they're super smooth and you don't need to think about what you're doing with the pedal, stamp on it and if they're set up right they won't stutter one bit. :)

I've always had a knack setting up carbs , and yes my IDA's do run extremely smooth.
