THE BAD is there are back fees on these so these are being sold "AS IS" for your display case or whatever. PERFECT FOR THE OVERSEAS BUYER THAT JUST WANTS TO ROLL AROUND ON CALIFORNIA PLATES FOR FUN AT THE SHOWS ETC ....... but if you wanted to use them I beleive when I checked its roughly around $400.00 YIKES
