Title: M&H 235/60R15 Drag Radial
Post by: hotstreetvw on March 25, 2016, 00:01:48 am
Anyone run the new M&H 235/60R15 drag radial?  I have plans for a second set of rear wheels to mount my slicks on and I would like to keep my Fuchs for a set of radials.  I like the size compared to my 6W slicks.

Thanks,
Will

Those are going to be VERY tight (if not impossible) on a stock fendered Beetle, especially with the recommend 7" rim.

You might be right.  I was thinking due to the 9" section width moving to a 9.4 wouldn't be too much of a problem.  The big difference is the tread width at 8.6" compared to my 6w at 7".  The tread is much more likely to rub the inner fender well in compression.  I think I have plenty clearance to the fender with the narrowed torsion and modified Fuch (6.5")
