Title: Gearbox Cradle Bolts Post by: modnrod on May 06, 2016, 05:40:25 am I have a '73 1303 (L Bug here in Oz), and I'm having difficulty finding new mounting bolts that hold the rear cradle to the frame horns.
The bolts on the left........ (http://i1212.photobucket.com/albums/cc458/MODNROD/VW/P1030403_zpsoh7jo4xq.jpg) (http://s1212.photobucket.com/user/MODNROD/media/VW/P1030403_zpsoh7jo4xq.jpg.html) ......are what I can't seem to find locally. Does anyone know a supplier in Euro/UK/US that I can purchase from? These are the ones that you keep finding bolts for. The reason that I!d go for the early one is that there are numerous rubber mounts available for these.
