Title: Bugpack crank id? Post by: leec on June 17, 2016, 19:01:19 pm How did bugpack engrave their cranks? I have been offered one with BPP engraved in one of the counterweights. Is that a bugpack crank?

There are three sets of stamped numbers. 2555 next to one big end, 0576 next to the centre main, and 6081 and what looks like 03M by the pulley end. It's had a 0.25 grind on the big ends and a 0.5 grind on the mains so that probably accounts for the first two numbers. The other numbers though, I have no idea!
