Title: Best 1.5" Merged Header and 1.5" Heater Boxes? Post by: apensity on September 26, 2016, 20:33:37 pm I have an 1835cc '74 Standard Beetle, with 40x35.5mm AA headers, 49mm chamber, dual Kadron 40mm carbs, Engle W110 cam, and currently stock heather boxes and Empi GT 2 exhaust. I need to open up the exhaust a bit to allow for the heads and cam to breath. So I am looking for a 1.5" system which includes 1.5" heather boxes and a 1.5" merged header. Any suggestions? RIght now I am looking at the A-1 Sidewinder, the CB3644, and the Gene Berg system. Any others?

...it's not merged though but should be still very adequate for your engine and it's 1,5". |
