Title: Early type 3 wide 5 drums & backing plates complete set up - $$SOLD$$ Post by: restojohnny on April 13, 2017, 21:58:16 pm I have a pair of original type 3 rear drums in wide 5 pattern removed from a 64 squareback and used on my 67 squareback for awhile until I removed the tranny from it to get rebuilt/beefed up. I just got my transmission back and rebuilt and no longer need the early type 3 stuff going with something else. These are in good useable condition. It's pretty much all there. I would turn the drums as I left them sitting for about 5 months. Comes with the original type 3 backing plates, good wheel cylinders and brake pads. All you really need to do is turn the drums and clean the backing plates up as they are on the greasy side LOL....comes with the original grease caps also.
