Title: Calling the EMPI experts Post by: alex d on May 04, 2017, 15:17:49 pm has anyone seen this air cleaner before? what is it? It's not the usual Empi chrome filter that came with the "ram kits", and obviously it's not from any VW either

That was my first thought, but this one is noticeably smaller and has the oil breather nipple on the bottom. Yes, it looks to have dual snorkels with preheat on the right one just like a stock '68 air cleaner, I wonder if it's a one off hand made thing that never made it into production |
