Title: Wheel identification Post by: chez2165 on May 26, 2021, 15:47:45 pm I have 2 pairs of wheels that I have owned for some time however never really known the make of them.
One pair are really lightweight and look similar to Cal Parts wheels but there are no identification marks on the rears. The other pair appear similar but have a steel rim with an alloy lip and the centres are riveted onto the rims. Title: Re: Wheel identification Post by: guillaume on August 02, 2021, 14:07:55 pm The golden one are Cal Parts wheels. Casting is different from the other ones as they have an extra round lip just before the 5 spokes. All the ET wheels are like this and 1 piece aluminium.
If you clean them by a sandblasting, you will notice a small casting saying "Cal Parts - San Jose". |
