me! me! me!

i had the busiest year of work i've ever done, and only managed about 3 weekends of work on the car, but as of January i have 3 or 4 months spare, and, as long as my house sale doesnt fall through, enough cash to finish it.

finally should have the car on the road during the summer 2008, gonna have a real push to get it ready for EBI2......

i have to have it done by September......that'll be its 10 year anniversary in my garage.

My 1914cc finally works :)

c35 cam
40x37,5
1 5/8" header
40 Dells

Hope to run it in completely before the beginning of 2008 season. Wonder if the stock, tired tranny would last that long...

I should get my 2007 into my car, with a stock 1500 gearbox sometime early next year. Hopefully make a couple of passes out of session at an event when O/FF are there!

My 1915cc is run in last year (started driving to the 1st European Bug In) with 40mm dell'orto's.  Hopefully, I will have IDA's by next season, then the car will be like I always wanted it after 13 years of ownership and 11 years of restoration...

After years and years of starting on my car and engine 1 month before a show, and never being ready in time, things look very promising. It's december and I'm allready getting my stuff together!  ;D 6 more months till ebi2! That's enough time to build it, run it, break it, and rebuild it! Right!?

Im going to ditch the 041 head's with 44 idf combo from the 2007, get my 044's back on after some proper head work and bolt on the matched 48ida's  8).
Got to re-do the IRS as the A arm's don't quite line up with the old pans shock top mounts , and look at the solid mount's for the 901 box .
Not going to have to much free time this winter me thinks  ::)
Roll on the spring , cant wait to see what the old girl will do on the quarter  :)
