The car is based in Cypress 90630. just wandering if any of you guys know of the car or have seen it?

I have actually seen the car up close briefly and it looks pretty clean. I think he belongs to the club "foreign creations"? That picture was taken in the parking lot of Cypress Cinema ( no longer there). If I ever see him I will let him know you are interested or if I can help for contact I will do it. Brings back memories when Cypress had some of the fastest street VW's in the county unknown to any car magazines.

I saw a nice pre-67 convert in Simi Valley yesterday, Coral Red with some type of BRM's, they were at least round.
