Post by: nicolas on March 05, 2008, 20:39:06 pm hey i took the time to scan in some features of volkswagen greats. it's the wellknown and totally wicked Keith Goss chop top and a maybe equally stunning 67 from Jim Logudice. two cars that are done way back and don't exactly match the hotvw drawing of a callook, but sure are in my opinion. and what i really like are the larger porsche 5 spokes. wider tires, but very classic.
the thing i like so much about them is the fact that both these cars look the closest to a porsche as a bug can and may get for me. but did the red one have it's interiour done later on and win bug in? Post by: nicolas on March 05, 2008, 21:04:08 pm ah yes indeed it is a different car... but that has the same feeling as well. it also looks like a porsche and the wider wheels make it corner as well,look at the pic of the Goss shop, i love it. i think Jim is inches away of heading that direction with his car. ;) because the metallic blue one he likes so much has that look as well, maybe the back tyres are just a bit too small for my taste, but defenitely in this idea or concept.
