Title: 1966 Type 1 for sale Post by: Newell on March 20, 2008, 23:05:04 pm This car has new paint, wiring, interior, wheels, tires, CB drop spindels and rebuilt 1641cc engine. Runs great and has current tags. The transmission is original. The paint is not perfect but has no rock chips or scratches great for a daily driver/track car. The interior was all done custom by Sewfine Interiors less than a two years ago. The pan is in ok shape there are some small cracks under the battery and thats it. The seat frames were powder coated before interior was done. If you are looking for a great car for a good price this is it. The price is $5500 obo. Are those the earlier peanut shaped front turn signals? I can't tell from the pics. That, or they're the European clear lenses.
