MIB is hosting a meet for all aircooled Volkswagen's. We have 24 acres of camp site available and you are invited to participate in making MIB Summer Meet 2008 cosy weekend with Barbecue, Cruising, Show & Shine, Burnout contest, Engine blow, Party etc. etc. If this sounds like something for you - please read the details below: Date: 11th- 13th July 2008 Location: Fruerlundparken Fruerlundvej 5, 9560 Hadsund (Øster Hurup) Denmark www.findvej.dk/?longitude=10.27415&latitude=56.78892&zoom=15&maptype=2... Price: Free entrance for driver + aircooled Volkswagen Other passengers - 50 kr (7 euros) Children: 0-6 year - Free 7-13 year 25kr (3,5 euros) Camp: Bring your own tent, camperbus or whatever keeps you dry and warm, and set your camp in either the family area or in the normal (party) area. Facilities: We have full access to toilets and showers (included in the entrance). Breakfast will be served inside the main building, and Friday/Saturdays party is held inside "The Cave" (bar/lounge area) which also has outside terrace with chairs and tables (also the barbecue area). Food & Drinks: We expect you NOT to bring your own beverages but instead support the event by buying your drinks at MIB Summer Meet. Beverages will be sold all weekend at VERY reasonable prices. Breakfast Saturday and Sunday + barbecue Friday and Saturday must be booked in advance. Barbecue will include meat, salat etc., so all you need is to buy your drinks and grill your meat on the barbecue ;-) The price for breakfast Saturday and Sunday + barbecue Friday and Saturday is 320 dkr. (43 euros) in all, this includes everything for all four meals except drinks at the barbecue. For ordering of food please send a mail to meninbugs@gmail.com stating your name and for how many people you are ordering. The food shall be paid for at arrival. Program: Friday 12.00 Gates open 19.00 Barbecue fire up Saturday 8.00–9.30 Breakfast 11.00 Cruising 13.00–16.00 Show & shine etc. etc. 19.00–20.30 Barbecue fire up 21.00 - ??
