He had the Stutt Bee, its '48 Webers, wheels tires and had no clue what to do with it . I remember checking it out many times. It had been hammered butI recall a friend of mine who was very into custom VW's in the 80's talking about the deck lid, is it with it? I recall it being there when I saw the car. Many brain cells less since then but thats how I recall it.

Superb! I love that car! I'd be tempted to leave the gold as original, but get the black repainted to get rid of all the cracking and crazing.
