Hey Dudes,
I am thinking there aren't many/any shops in the NYC area. In Clayton Deleware, close to Philly Kurt Metzger has Vintage Performance, he has had quite a few fast street turbo's running around the east coast. I am in the center of PA on the way from NYC to Philadelphia if anyone is passing through let me know, I'll show you the local VW scene and local scenery. Also between NYC and Philly in St. Johns Pennsylavania is The VW Store (formerly Valley VW's) run by Dennis Miller a long time racer and top notch restorer/engine builder (lots of turbos). Way more shops in Maryland down by Washington DC.
