Title: convertible decklids. Post by: 67worshipper on May 18, 2008, 22:41:30 pm why did volkswagen produce vented decklids on there cabrio versions.i know its a great mod to all the cal lookers with hot motors to dissapate heat from the engine bay.was the reasoning to do with the hood when it was down and hanging over the back end of the car and interupting the flow of air to the vents? have i answered my own question there ::)
