A little info on the header:  I will be honest, I wasn't happy with the quality of headers I was seeing available, and when I saw that a few big boy motors out there running this one I went to see Tiger to check it out. Very nice piece, but I still had not heard any info from dyno testing. I love the fact it gets the tubes away from my apron. A little difficult to tuck a muffler tight to the car though. Look close to see what I had to do (Jim Kaforsks' idea) Great improvement on the dyno!!! I picked up 4hp and 300rpm when we changed form Rogers' 1 3/4 merged to the "Low Down". I do believe this header is 2'' shorter that the standard merged also. Ratto, I can't tell you yet. Very soon though. It’s really no big deal......just a little pump gas motor I slapped together with some stuff I had layin' around!!! ;D 8) Thanks for looking, soon to be seen, Casey

did You try the stainless 1 3/4" header of CB with turbo muffler (the one that was on the engine which won the engine builders contest?)
nice header :) I've got that sstem (but 1 5/8"). As I remember they will have some more new stuff soon :D

The CB header is too high dollar for me, and I wanted to build my own with a Magnaflow.

:) high dollar you say :) so imagine :) that we in Poland have to pay x3 that much for the saim parts for example form CB :D (22%of VAT is the first obstacle) but we deal with that.

good choice :) and nice engine ;)
