It looked like somebody pulled it out of storage for the event. Owner got pissed when I asked if the Emoi sender was one of Chris' repops. It was the only thing polished on the car. Anybody know more about it? Title: Re: Old school looker at BOR Post by: Sam K on May 31, 2008, 04:39:26 am I like it!

Title: Re: Old school looker at BOR Post by: lawrence on June 01, 2008, 03:21:12 am I headed straight for that car when I saw the fuzzy brms. I do not know anything about it, but it did have a parking permit sticker from a sf bay area community college on the bumper, so chances are it was in that area sometime.

Title: Re: Old school looker at BOR Post by: The Ideaman on June 01, 2008, 03:34:55 am I just noticed; are those 356 brakes behind that BRM?
Title: Re: Old school looker at BOR Post by: lawrence on June 01, 2008, 03:39:03 am Yeah, but Bs or Cs because they do not have fins.
Title: Re: Old school looker at BOR Post by: Zach Gomulka on June 01, 2008, 04:37:06 am Yeah, but Bs or Cs because they do not have fins. C's had disc brakes. Those are "A" drums, the fins are radial. That thing has everything but the kitchen sink!! I would like to believe it was just dug up, and all those parts have been on there for 40+ years, but I just don't think so. It has almost everything from the 1960-whatever EMPI catalog that you can possibly imagine (except an 010!!!), too good to be true. My guess is that it is an original black paint car that had a whole lotta EMPI parts and a Rajay turbo kit bolted on. Either way, it's a damn cool car. I hope I'm wrong. Title: Re: Old school looker at BOR Post by: Sam K on June 01, 2008, 16:07:19 pm I keep looking at those pictures and noticing more stuff. That car has everything! Who does it belong to? What's the story? Inquiring minds want to know!
