I have a friend brett banker use to own billet bug product's until johnny's speed and crome, sent all of his product's to china and copyed all his stuff , put him out of business .

He is a nice guy too.
Not sure what has gone on with product similarity but I know alot of his products have been developed over a long period. Apparently he was at the VW classic last year with his products.
