Title: Gauge panel Post by: AssHull on June 15, 2008, 04:35:59 am The only gauge panels I can find have 3 holes in them :-\ like this:

Just make sure that the part is firmly clamped together and work down the edge very gently. go around a few times... Just trying to minimize warpage... Danny? Why don't you cut the shape of the little panels out of 2 pieces of wood, take a thin piece of blank sheetmetal and form it over the wooden shape? No welding, no warpage, much easier imho... I'm worried about the little twist tabs on the back that secure the panel- don't want them getting so thin that they snap upon installation...
