Title: Do i need 930 CV joints over 944 ? Post by: 71CALRIPPER on June 17, 2008, 16:35:17 pm Right the car will weigh in at a little over 620 kg, it will be a type 1 IRS set up putting out a about 250 hp, but not a massive high comp motor just large in CC.
Will be a fun street car which will see more and more track user year by year. So the question is are 944 cv joints enough or do i bite the bullet and just buy the 930 CV joints. Title: Re: Do i need 930 CV joints over 944 ? Post by: SteveW on June 17, 2008, 18:37:12 pm I will also be using 944 CV joints with our IRS set-up. Our engine made 239hp on the dyno and both Richie and Pete (cogbox) said the 944 joints will be fine. :)
