It fell down the hole for the fuel pump so I think its trapped by the cam gear below the dizzy drive - So does anyone have the tool to remove the dizzy drive ??? Hammer it in and work it back and forth to pull the shaft out. Failing that, cry, take an overdose and buy a Subaru.

Post by: Lee.C on June 18, 2008, 23:55:11 pm oil pump is already out but no nut :( mine is the later style cam gear so there's not much room around the gear - I think its on top of the cam gear as I can hear it rattling when I trun it over by hand - I am lucky in the fact that its a doomed nut and doesn't seem to be getting stuck - I am sooooooooooo pissed off at myself >:(
