i have a 1776cc with kennedy stage1 and vw mexican stock gearbox...
i must to put heavy duty clutch cross shafts or standar vw?

Most of the aftermarket cross shafts I have seen are junk, which is why I don't install them.
 
You should take the original shaft out and have the two arms fully welded all the way round.  That's good enough for a Stage 1.

Anything that doesn't put too much heat into it - warping would be very bad indeed! I'd go for Tig if possible. If not, Mig as long as you spot it, wait for it to cool, spot, cool, spot, cool and so on.

I've never considered warpage.  I hit it with as much heat as my welder can muster.
