The Shelby-McLaren was the only McLaren to use a 'big block' Ford Engine. This Shelby-McLaren driven by Peter Revson in the Can-Am Series has just undergone a full restoration which includes an Aluminum 427 FE engine that was taken out to 492 cu.in. Anyone else dig watching the vintage cars? Title: Re: Vintage racing? Nothing funner than watching rich guys beating the crap out of half million dollar cars.
