Title: Talking about gauges Post by: Nico86 on August 30, 2008, 19:42:54 pm I will maybe soon buy a set of gauges for my vw, and I'm wondering what do I need ? A tachometer of course, and I will add it 3 others gauges. I was thinking about oil pressure, oil temp, and voltmeter or ampermeter. Is that ok to look for a vw engine ?
For the moment I have an og engine but I will put a bigger one one day, and I'd like to buy the full set of gauges at the same time, in case that they change the design of them. Thx ;). Some choose amperemeter instead of voltmeter, I always heard that it's better to keep an eye on amps than on volts, what do you think ? I agree with that.
