Hi you all

i just got and hold of this fine car   ( still in the US BUT ON IT WAY HOME TO DENMARK SOON ) 

do some of you know the car   is was build in 1996 by and  guy  Darin Mack

what can you tell me ??

Hi Thomas,

Very nice looking machine, what's the engine spec and previous 1/4 mile times?

Thanks for taken me to the ferry with the transporter after SCC and stopping after my puncture.

Just after I had it fixed I got pulled over by a cop who was very intrigued by the A-frame towing of the Underdog.

I'll be seeing you lot at next years SCC and bring my own car

• 2” wider rear fiberglass fenders, 1 piece fiberglass front end, fiberglass W decklid, lexan windows
• Sway-A-Way adjustable springplates w/ 30mm torsion bars, bronze bushing springplate retainers
• Erco drag weight wheels, Douglass spindle mount fronts
• Jazz fuel cell, holly fuel pump, braided stainless fuel lines
• Msd 6al box with 2 step, Autometer 5” tach with dual shift light and oil light
• Gene Berg wheelie bars
• CNC staging brake, Gene Berg shifter
• Aluminum interior powdercoated blue
• Jamar Brakes with Wilwood calipers

• 2165 Built by Northwest Connecting Rod (12.18 compression)

We have ran this car with previous motor as quick at 11.3. Current motor has been 11.9 in the quarter mile running a full cooling system.

That car (and it's owner) used to live here in Colorado. Just last week, a friend and I were discussing the low turnout at our recent VW show/race and we were wondering what happened to some of our local race cars that weren't there, including Darin Mack's bug

first run last weekend and the car was super to drive     and 12.26  on the 1/4 mile  and 170kmh  over the line  good rund i think it was the first time i have been racing the car
