Title: Resurrecting the DVB club Post by: Frenchy Dehoux on September 08, 2008, 03:53:45 am We would like to start a VW club in the Phoenix AZ area. We are looking to reactivate the DVB VW club from the ‘70’s, which was based in Orange County California.
We are looking for people who enjoy promoting the hobby and participating in various club events in a family orientated atmosphere. A prospective member must own an air-cooled VW. The car must be painted; no primer cars will be accepted. Although this is a local VW club, members of the original DVB club are encouraged to join as charter members. Original members will pay a $25 one-time fee. This will include a t-shirt and two window stickers. Local members will pay the $25 fee (includes a t-shirt and two window stickers) and an annual renewal fee of $20. Send us an email if you are interested in joining or if you have any questions. Once we establish the club we will have a web site for everyone to see past and present members and their cars.
