Title: doesn't it feel good when you restart a project!!??
Post by: beetletom on September 09, 2008, 19:28:29 pm
moved lock ups today...
and found loads of cool shit i forgot i had!  :D  (tells you how unorganized i am  ::) )
and as its only a wide single unit, concentrate on ONE car at ONE time!!! and as its smaller, less crap can be stored, at one point i had 4!!!?? bonnets, why would anyone need 4 bonnets?!
had a good look over my 65, and it isn't a bad car at all!! and only needs bare metalling in a few areas and then paint.

does anyone else get distracted with 2+ cars, and then find out they have several cars in bits and a pile of parts with noting to bolt them onto...?  :D
btw, i've got 2 beetles and 1 is more than enough... ::)

Agreed.  Just went through the garage last Sunday looking for brake hardware (to plate for a project) and found some goodies as well.  A nice treat, and a reminder to get 'em done!

I am good at buying something, forgetting that I have it, and then later buying it again.  :-[

I don't often forget I have stuff.  More likely that I buy parts, lose them, buy more, and then find the first sets.
