I'm a part time one for a magazine and a website. To get in on a full time basis is rather tough. And for something that pays enough to run a household, those are even harder to land. It seems like no matter which industry... it's who you know to get in on that market. It looks to be very saturated, which could be a huge factor. Also, digital S.L.R. cameras and more people taking pictures isn't helping the cause, either.
