I like them this way and they are practical, wouldn't like to miss them.

As I got older, I made a vow that my next Beetle would have them. When my friend and I found my current '67, it was exactly what I was looking for: no sunroof, pop-outs, and a late model with the late lowback seats that I like so much. It's a dream come true for me.
Like everything in life, it's all matter of personal taste. There are no rules. They're not for everyone. Many people don't care for the looks. I've noticed at the last several VW events where my car's displayed... those 'tards are droppin' SPAM crap in my car. NO BUENO! I better not ever catch 'em doing it. So, at the recent VW PANIC, I barely opened my pop-outs and locked 'em in that position. HAHA!! Not one flier on my back seat. Same with my wing-vents... no crud on my front seats. But, if you want pop-outs, install a set and hit up Randy for a new set of stickers. That's what Ramirez is up against, like you. His standard windows have the original stickers on the inside. I'm the same way, I didn't want my original stickers being used, so I'm running the new ones.
