Post by: simon uk on October 20, 2008, 12:36:07 pm
hi people, I found these on ebay, no bids, for ball joint beetles. however, buyer beware, he doesnt really have to much of a grip of customer service, or indeed basic politeness.

Didn't know Hurst made shocks? Are they any good as a shock fitted to a car, not wanting them just cos they are "NOS old race parts"

I have Hurst 90/10s on the front of my '65, but I suspect I'll be taking them off when it (finally) hits the street! :D

Simon , nice spot on ebay.  Against all the odds I managed to secure these. They're on their way over to UK as we speak with the help of a true VW fan over in the US... . Will go nicely with the RHD Hurst shifter, Hurst 6v roll control.  Nige
