165/15 Vredstein classic radials in front, new Goodyear Blue Streak vintage race tire on rear. 88mm Mahle x 74 or 76mm welded, good orig German case, 40 x37 welded VW head, FK87, on-the-edge CR for pump gas, 40hp stale air shroud, short manifolds, 48 Webers, 010 or Vertex, tucked "1978" style QPs on vintage merge header. Post by: javabug on November 03, 2008, 21:42:36 pm Stock height would be cool, but I think it will require some work to get it to sit "just right"—the saggy butt '67 look would not be good here. Also tire combo will be important. I think your combo above will work, but would have to require a test-fit for sure.
