Title: Wheel question
Post by: Donny B. on December 02, 2008, 00:18:18 am
Okay, a friend asked me this question and I couldn't answer it so let the great minds here set me straight.

What are the differences between the DDS wheels and the current day ERCO wheels.  I was thinking that maybe the DDS were lighter and made of thinner material.  What say you folks in the know?

Erco wheels are easier to get  ;)

I´m thinking the Erco´s are lighter and thinner. At least the race weight ones.

There is a difference in the face of the wheels... although I couldn't point it out! ERCO's are avaliable in .190" and .125", the latter in 5x205 only.

How can you tell them apart?  Are there any markings?
