Sorry if this is a tad boring :-[ I have some 1/4 lights but the chrome is pitted. As part of the de-chromed theme I was thinking of powdercoating these black. Has anyone removed the glass from the 1/4 light frames before? Is it easy? I know you can buy replacement felt so people much do this all the time, but the small print says you need a 'special tool' to press that glass back in properly ??? Does anyone know someone in the UK that can do this? Or is it actually quite an easy task?
