Title: 48IDA accelerator pump levers (with roller)
Post by: Jim Ratto on December 08, 2008, 20:14:10 pm
My sources say this part is NLA and don't show a Weber part number any longer.

Does anybody know if there aftermarket replacements available?

(this is the part that attaches to spindle with c-clip and has roller on it that contacts cam off throttle shaft)

Thanks in advance,
Jim

Berg sells that part.  Their's are repros, and not quite as nice as the original one.
I've taken to renewing the roller, replacing the small shaft with a tiny shoulder screw and a small bushing.

Thanks Bruce, yeah I forgot I posted this. I'm making my own too, same thing, 5mm screw with shoulder

IIRC, I threaded the bracket, then used a locknut on the other side.  With "forever" Loctite, of course.
