Title: 48IDA accelerator pump levers (with roller) Post by: Jim Ratto on December 08, 2008, 20:14:10 pm My sources say this part is NLA and don't show a Weber part number any longer.
Does anybody know if there aftermarket replacements available? (this is the part that attaches to spindle with c-clip and has roller on it that contacts cam off throttle shaft) Thanks in advance, Jim Title: Re: 48IDA accelerator pump levers (with roller) Post by: Bruce on December 13, 2008, 04:10:34 am Berg sells that part. Their's are repros, and not quite as nice as the original one.
I've taken to renewing the roller, replacing the small shaft with a tiny shoulder screw and a small bushing. I'm making my own too, same thing, 5mm screw with shoulder Title: Re: 48IDA accelerator pump levers (with roller) Post by: Bruce on December 14, 2008, 20:05:53 pm IIRC, I threaded the bracket, then used a locknut on the other side. With "forever" Loctite, of course.
