Hello Russell , yeah , we will all be there , probably in The Bear Inn , like last year , it would be great to catch up , hopefully we will have all the new club cars finished and there , also some of the existing club cars have had upgrades from 150 hp to 200 hp engines .

I will be setting the show up until about 2.30am, as usual!

Still, I've got to agree with Gunter - Duvel is the C16 race fuel for humans.

Try beating the VolksWorld teams Duvel record - set at Kortrije in the late 90's. Mike Pye and myself drank Duvel for seven hours on the Friday night and totally missed the Stars on Wheels show we'd go to Belgium for. We woke up on the Sunday afternoon - broken! 

Us guys from Scotland drank beer for 4 days............................ and still wanted more SPA 2005.

what about the Cal Look Dinner on saturday? Mat? Are we going to skip this or what? Hopefully not! Friday is always a bit tricky, some are cleaning their cars, others have other traditional appointments  8)

Yeah , I don't get , we have the UK's foremost Cal-Look club , with 17 cars , totaling 2600 HP , yet we have to organise our own Cal-look meal .

Reminder: I only asked if anyone on the lounge fancyied a beer on the Friday Night, all and anyone are welcome, its nothing organised just turn up and have a few with (hopefully) friendly faces. I am not suggesting we replace or do anything instead of any other event, I only wonder if anyone fancied a pint !

The Bear Inn in Esher has just had a big revamp and is much nicer than it was (used to be a proper old man's drinking den) so is a good choice of venue for a drink on the Friday before the VWorld Show, but will be very busy...

I'll do my best to be with you guys...I'll be a long travel for me..
