Title: Fuel line, braided? Post by: AntLockyer on December 29, 2008, 23:00:54 pm If someone had a length of braided hose laying around, is there a good reason for not running it instead of a heard line from the front to the back?
I thought there was somehting in the rules about it but can't find anything. Title: Re: Fuel line, braided? Post by: Fastbrit on December 30, 2008, 11:34:47 am If you run race fuel, watch out as the fuel will eventually cause the lining of some braided hosing to deteriorate and collapse. I chased that problem for half a season before working out what had happened. Better to use hard line, if you ask me.

Post by: Hotrodvw on December 31, 2008, 21:26:38 pm If you run the SS braided hose w/ teflon tubing, you won't have any issues w/ race gas. This hose does require different fittings though. This is just about the best hose money can buy.
