Title: what gauge panels fit empi gauges...? Post by: beetletom on January 07, 2009, 17:19:40 pm do the flat 4 panels fit?
ive got some chrome empi ones, but the hole for the tacho is too big! and also, the oil temp gauge has no wires, or a sender... can these be bought?? Title: Re: what gauge panels fit empi gauges...? Post by: John Rayburn on January 07, 2009, 17:38:06 pm You'll need to make an adapter ring for the tach. Years ago I made mine from a horn button ring from a Formuling France steering wheel. It had the perfect o.d. and i.d. The other gauges can run VDO senders but won't be accurate. You can have a speedometer shop alter the gauges to be accurate to the senders , though.
