Title: Anyone using Motul 300V oil?
Post by: alex d on February 16, 2009, 12:01:53 pm
full synth, it's supposed to have a good dose of zinc too, comes in 0-20, 5-30, 5-40, 10-40, 15-50 and 20-60, so, has anyone tried it in an aircooled engine? it's quite pricy!

Yes, I am using 15W50, and it is very quite (Engine sound level). Each time I adjust the valve, the heads always very clean. The weather is very hot here (28~38 degree C), and still have good oil pressure. I bough the Engine from GWD at 1998, and he recommend 300V. The engine still give me great power, even it has more then 10K KM until now. :D
