So I went to visit the gentleman (seller), and he told me that he import this Beetle from JAPAN couple years ago. When I look outside and I think it rusty and then I find out it is a Japanese dealer car form YANASE. Then I open the deck lid, I find out I have to buy it!! ;D Italian IDA and Berg parts. Kind of lucky today :o
